So welcome Rhiannon to the team.

Thank you.

What surprised you most when you first joined the team?

What surprised me most was how fun it was going to be and how easy the tasks were going to be for me, because I thought that it would be a lot of hard work and but I noticed that, because there's a flow and there's no issues working with you in the company, everything just flows, and it's easy to do everything.

Great, fantastic. That's good feedback for me as well. As you know, we need to keep that flow going. What's one interesting fact about you that we wouldn't find on your resume or your CV.

I have a lot of friends who have an audience on Instagram and TikTok in my life who've got a big audience, whether it's through music or acting or TV shows. What I find interesting about their pages is that some of their content are in other languages and they have a lot of content that may be funny or cool to interact with people.

If you could have any superpower to help with your work, what would it be and why?

My superpower would be to know how to do everything the right way and the best way, because I like to get results, for example, with the website. I would love it if everyone was attracted to the website and there were more colleagues to work with. I would get more people to do contracts with, and I would be amazing at everything that I do.

Okay, what's been the most exciting project you've worked on since you started?

The most exciting project that I've worked on was the website, because I got to work on the logo, which a couple of people have liked already, and present something for an audience. It's really fun to make websites, because you get to work on the graphics and the different text and put certain pictures in, workout where everything is going to be placed, etc. It's really interesting.

What have you learned in the last five weeks that you're most proud of?

I've learned that if I put my mind to something, that I can achieve great results. And if I look after myself and take care of myself first, I can live a full life rather than just complaining. Instead of expecting things to fall in my lap, if I start to make a difference in my self-care and rhythm, and look after myself more I can even work harder than usual and things start to happen for me.

And just, just for fun, if our office had a spirit of animal. What do you think it would be?

I think it would be a chameleon.

What's your favourite thing about the company culture so far?

My favourite thing is that we do wellbeing check in sessions on Fridays and that we have meetings every day to prepare for the day because I find those meetings set the day. The well being check ins sessions are really fun because we can just get honest about how things are.

Fantastic. Looking ahead. What is the thing you're looking most forward to?

I really look forward to buying a Range Rover, earning a higher salary than usual, and also getting my driving license. Becoming an interior designer has always been a dream of mine as well.

so, let's make it happen for the future.
